Silvina and her team use aquafaba (chickpea water) to create the light and airy meringue consistency, whilst completely natural ļ¬avourings provide the sweet, playful taste of candy ļ¬oss. The butterļ¬y pea flower makes them a beautiful bright blue and a touch of vanilla extract completes the recipe.
